Playing paintball usually involves two teams competing against each other.  Members of the various teams  try to hit their opponents with paint balls thus “eliminating”  them.  The paint balls are shot from a compressed-gas-powered gun. The team that can capture the opponents flag is the winner.

As an activity, paintball is very safe as long as all participants play within the rules and keep safety equipment in place.
The operator supply overalls, face masks, guns and 100 balls each per participant.
Participants should wear sturdy clothing and shoes.
