Corporate team building could be just a fun filled day/s including activities, meals and accommodation.
Or it could be an outcomes based plan involving classrooms, additional facilitators and an onsite visit to the workplace, conferring with all the roll players. There needs to be a continuation of visits to ensure all is still in place and maybe a follow up action.
We do have an exciting list of team building activities, ranging from water based games with rafting and abseiling to test the individuals and fire walking promoting a better understanding of mind sets and focus. This is excellent for team building.
The 4×4 and team building is also a high adrenaline activity as well as great fun.
